Alan Winter

Alan graduated from London School of Economics with Law Degree LLB (Hons) and subsequently went to College of Law in Lancaster Gate, Articled at Franks Charsley and co (fleet St) and thereafter qualified as a solicitor in 1976.

Alan Started his own firm in 1984 trading as Alan Winter & Co and thereafter merged firms with Nicolas Peace in 1992 to become Alan Winter Peace & Co (AWP). Alan was senior partner until 2008 when sold firm.

Alan left law in 2008 to concentrate on other business matters and returned in 2011 and Joined Cavendish Legal Group as a consultant until 2023.
